All our merchandise will be carefully inspected and well packaged.  If a customer receives a damaged package, please take the pictures and contact us immediately. We also encourage that customers immediately check whether the packaging and goods are complete after receiving the package.

The price of Flash Shipping for the orders to Hong Kong is HKD$40, other (Eastern) Asian regions are USD$15. Customers would get FREE faster shipping services - Flash Shipping, if the total amount of order reaches the specified requirement. The details are as follows,

Hong Kong: HKD$499 or above.

Eastern Asia outside Hong Kong: USD$79.9 or above.

• Other Region

The price of Expedited Shipping for the orders to other regions is USD$15. If the total amount of order reaches USD$79.9, customers would enjoy free Expedited Shipping.

All shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
